IT Consultant

About you:

• Expert knowledge of ITSM processes
• Expert knowledge of ITIL recommendations and ability to translate recommendations into practice
• Experience with SMAX implementations (or similar platforms)
• Experience with uCMDB implementations (or other configuration databases)
• The ability to perceive the customer's needs for the implementation of the proposed solution
• Experience with the implementation of ITSM processes
• Interest in learning about the latest technologies and trends
• Ability to take responsibility for the progress and completion of projects
• Knowledge of Software Asset Management is an advantage
• English at a communicative level

Senior Backend Developer

• Back-end development Participate in the development of project vision and product features
• Develop high quality code according to the brief and technical specifications
• Ensure all new developments are fully documented and tested 

About you:

• You are a senior back-end developer with a solid background in PHP, knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, REST API and ElasticSearch, experience with Git and TDD, and an interest in graph databases (Neo4j)
• You have a basic familiarity with Docker and CI/CD, interest in devops is a plus
• Programming is your passion, you are up-to-date with the latest technology and trends, in past you have worked with various programming languages    Working within an agile environment is not a problem for you
• You think first, do later – efficiency is a key
• You want to be a part of a long-term, meaningful project and contribute to its success
• You are comfortable communicating in English
